About the project
Sociarion is one of our two own products. It turns one upload into posts for every account, each in its brand’s voice.
We built it for the people who are the whole marketing team: founders, solo operators and small agencies running several brands. They had plenty worth posting every week. What they did not have was the time to rewrite each post for six platforms, so most of it never went out.
So we built the smallest thing that closed the gap. Send a photo or a note in the chat app you already have open, get a draft for every platform back in about a minute, approve it, and it goes out on schedule. The first users had it five weeks after we started, and we still run it.

The challenge
Posting everywhere was eating the week, and AI made every brand sound the same.

Most scheduling tools start at a desk: open the dashboard, find the composer, pick the client, write a caption for each platform. The moment worth posting rarely happens there. It happens at the event, phone in hand, and by the time the tool is open it has passed.
AI writing tools fixed the speed and broke the voice. Their captions could belong to any company, and some would publish on their own. One post in the wrong voice, live overnight, undoes months of sounding like yourself.
How it works

The whole loop runs in the chat app you already have open. The dashboard is for looking back.
Send a photo, a video, a link or a single sentence to the Sociarion bot on Telegram or in Slack, and add a note on what it should say. No upload form, no dashboard, and one bot for every brand you run.
About a minute later, a draft comes back for each platform the brand posts to. Not one caption pasted six times: LinkedIn gets an update for people who follow the work, Instagram is written around the image, and Bluesky fits in 300 characters.
Every draft arrives with three buttons: approve, edit or try again. Nothing publishes until a person says yes. Edits are not wasted either: the brand’s feedback memory learns from them, so the next drafts need fewer.
Approved posts take the next open slot in the posting calendar and go out on every connected account. The dashboard shows what is waiting, what went out and what failed, with the reason and a retry.
What we built
Autopilot that still asks
Autopilot watches a brand’s niche, scores what it finds for fit and freshness, and drafts the post and its image with no upload at all. By default it still waits for your yes. Only a brand you trust can post on a timer, or by itself.
Every brand sounds like itself
Each brand has its own profile: who it talks to, how it talks and what it never says, which is what stops a caption sounding like AI. One upload can fan out to a whole portfolio, and every brand gets its own caption, not a copy.
Proof before it posts
Test mode runs the whole pipeline without publishing a thing: drafts, approvals, schedule. A new user can watch it work before it touches a real account, and the public demo opens the real dashboard on sample data, with no sign-up.
Your keys, your costs
Sociarion runs on each user’s own AI and publishing accounts, so there is nothing to mark up and no bill from us. Every AI call is logged with what it cost, and daily caps stop autopilot spending more than planned.
What we learned
The first version asked for a bot. The next one asked for a tap.

To get Sociarion to people fast, the first version asked each user to make their own Telegram bot and paste its key in. It was quick to build, it kept every account separate, and it was enough to prove the loop worked.
Real users showed us it was also the slowest step in getting started. So it went: everyone now shares Sociarion’s own bot, and connecting takes one tap. That is how we build every MVP. Ship the smallest thing that works, then let real use decide what comes next.

Sociarion is live and in use by founders, solo operators and small agencies. Most drafts now go out exactly as written, which is the point: the tool does the rewriting, and people keep the one decision that matters.
