What we do for Austin teams
Everything between an idea and a product people trust. Designed, built, launched and branded.

The first working version of your product: scoped, designed, built and launched in six to ten weeks. Small enough to ship fast, solid enough to build the next version on.

Design capacity for products that already exist. Flows, screens, states and design systems, including the unglamorous screens that decide whether anyone stays past week one.

iOS and Android apps designed from first flows through to store launch, with eight shipped mobile products behind the page.

Identity, guidelines and the pitch deck that raises the round. Built so a seed-stage company reads as one that will still be here in three years.

A SaaS site has one job: make a stranger understand the product in eight seconds and book a call in thirty. Built in Webflow or Framer so your team can edit it.
Not sure which of these you need? Most founders start with one and discover they wanted two.

01

A review of the screens costing you the most: where sign-ups stall, where support tickets start, and what to fix first. Often the right first step before a redesign.
02

Interviews and usability tests with the people who use the product, booked in UK hours, so decisions rest on evidence rather than the loudest opinion in the room.
03

Which problems to solve first, which screens they touch and what success looks like, agreed in writing before design starts.
04

Clickable flows you can put in front of users and investors in days, so the expensive decisions are tested before they are built.
05

A design system, documented components and a team that stays on after launch, so every new feature looks like it belongs.
Building for Austin
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, in force since 1 July 2024, gives residents the right to see, correct and delete their data and to opt out of targeted advertising. Consent won through dark patterns does not count, so every choice is drawn plain and fair at the wireframe.
Texas medical records law counts anyone who keeps a website and handles protected health information as a covered entity. Beyond treatment, payment and health care operations, each electronic disclosure needs the patient's separate authorization, so notices and consent steps are designed in.
Texas law expects state agencies, public universities among them, to develop, buy and use accessible websites and software. We design and test to WCAG 2.2 AA from the first screen, so an accessibility review is no surprise.
Texas set up its Semiconductor Innovation Fund in 2023 to keep the state ahead in chip research, design and manufacturing. The tools engineers use there are dense, and we design them to stay readable through a long shift.
What we design
Industries
A B2B product earns its renewal in the screens people open every day, not in the demo.
Patients and clinicians need health tools that stay calm and clear when the news is not.
Engineers at a test bench need the one number that matters to stand out from a hundred others.
State and city services have to work for every resident, on whatever device they own.
Campus and course products serve students, faculty and the staff who run them, each with a different day.
Operations teams live in tables, and every extra click costs them hours across a week.

Usarion
A typical agency
Team
Senior designers and developers on your project, start to finish.
A senior team at the pitch, a junior one on the work.
Local fit
Texas privacy choices, health record consent and WCAG 2.2 AA designed in from the first screen.
Privacy and accessibility left to a checklist before launch.
AI
AI speeds up the routine work. People make every decision.
Either no AI, or AI output passed on unchecked.
Ownership
Figma files, code and design system handed over, yours to keep.
Files and know-how that stay with the agency.
After launch
The same team stays on for new features and fixes.
A new team, or a new contract, for every change.
Why Usarion
Dhaka is 11 hours ahead of Austin in summer and 12 in winter, so the design moves through your night and is ready when you open your laptop.
Each morning begins with fresh work to look at, and the notes you leave by evening shape the next night's progress.
Your Slack, your Figma, your repository. We join the way your team already works.
The people on your first call are the people who design and build it. Nothing is handed on.
We design the screens and ship the code behind them, so nothing is lost between the two.
Brand, product and web work shipped across SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare and ecommerce.
How we work
Understand before drawing.
Agree the scope in writing.
Design where you can see it.
Built to be picked up.

With a 30-minute call, then a written scope and a fixed price. Once the scope is signed, work starts within days, not weeks.
Each project is quoted once, from a written scope, and the price does not move unless the scope does.
Yes. We keep what works, audit what does not, and move the product forward in stages so your users are never left behind.
Yes. Front end and integrations, by the team that designed it. If you have developers we hand over instead, with a system they can build from.
Yes, and it is often the cheapest way to start. A short audit tells you which three screens are costing you the most, and whether you need a redesign or just a fix.
