What we do for Berlin teams
Everything between an idea and a product people trust. Designed, built, launched and branded.

The first working version of your product: scoped, designed, built and launched in six to ten weeks. Small enough to ship fast, solid enough to build the next version on.

Design capacity for products that already exist. Flows, screens, states and design systems, including the unglamorous screens that decide whether anyone stays past week one.

iOS and Android apps designed from first flows through to store launch, with eight shipped mobile products behind the page.

Identity, guidelines and the pitch deck that raises the round. Built so a seed-stage company reads as one that will still be here in three years.

A SaaS site has one job: make a stranger understand the product in eight seconds and book a call in thirty. Built in Webflow or Framer so your team can edit it.
Not sure which of these you need? Most founders start with one and discover they wanted two.

01

A review of the screens costing you the most: where sign-ups stall, where support tickets start, and what to fix first. Often the right first step before a redesign.
02

Interviews and usability tests with the people who use the product, booked in UK hours, so decisions rest on evidence rather than the loudest opinion in the room.
03

Which problems to solve first, which screens they touch and what success looks like, agreed in writing before design starts.
04

Clickable flows you can put in front of users and investors in days, so the expensive decisions are tested before they are built.
05

A design system, documented components and a team that stays on after launch, so every new feature looks like it belongs.
Building for Berlin
German users and regulators take data protection seriously. Consent, cookie choices and data requests are drawn at the wireframe, not added in launch week.
Since 28 June 2025, Germany's Accessibility Strengthening Act requires many consumer websites, apps and online shops to be accessible. We design and test to WCAG 2.2 AA from the first screen.
German text runs longer than English, with compound words that do not wrap. Buttons, menus and tables are designed to hold the German, not squeezed after translation.
An Impressum and privacy page where the law expects them, dates written day first, a comma for decimals. Small things, and the reason a product reads as local.
What we design
Industries
Products that move money have to earn trust on the first screen.
Mobility apps are used on the move, one-handed, in a hurry.
B2B tools are won in the first ten minutes and kept in the hundredth hour.
Climate products turn complex data into decisions people can act on.
Online shops are judged on speed and on how easy checkout feels.
AI features need interfaces that show what the model did and why.

What you get
Usarion
A typical agency
Team
Senior designers and developers on your project, start to finish.
A senior team at the pitch, a junior one on the work.
Local fit
GDPR, BFSG accessibility and German text lengths designed in from the first screen.
An English design that breaks when the German goes in.
AI
AI speeds up the routine work. People make every decision.
Either no AI, or AI output passed on unchecked.
Ownership
Figma files, code and design system handed over, yours to keep.
Files and know-how that stay with the agency.
After launch
The same team stays on for new features and fixes.
A new team, or a new contract, for every change.

We design the screens and ship the code behind them, so nothing is lost between the two.
Brand, product and web work shipped across SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare and ecommerce.
How we work
Understand before drawing.
Agree the scope in writing.

Dhaka is five hours ahead of Berlin in winter and four in summer.
Yes. We design and test to WCAG 2.2 AA, the standard the law's requirements are usually met through. Your legal adviser confirms whether and how the law applies to you.

With a 30-minute call, then a written scope and a fixed price. Once the scope is signed, work starts within days, not weeks.
Each project is quoted once, from a written scope, and the price does not move unless the scope does.
Yes. We keep what works, audit what does not, and move the product forward in stages so your users are never left behind.
Yes. Front end and integrations, by the team that designed it. If you have developers we hand over instead, with a system they can build from.
Yes, and it is often the cheapest way to start. A short audit tells you which three screens are costing you the most, and whether you need a redesign or just a fix.
