Usarion

Senior designers and developers on your project, start to finish.

A typical agency

A senior team at the pitch, a junior one on the work.

Local fit

Usarion

Layered privacy notices, BFSG accessibility and public-sector rules designed in from the start.

A typical agency

A privacy page that is one long wall of text, linked from the footer.

AI

Usarion

AI speeds up the routine work. People make every decision.

A typical agency

Either no AI, or AI output passed on unchecked.

Ownership

Usarion

Figma files, code and design system handed over, yours to keep.

What we do for Munich teams

Seven services, one senior team

Everything between an idea and a product people trust. Designed, built, launched and branded.

MVP Development

The first working version of your product: scoped, designed, built and launched in six to ten weeks. Small enough to ship fast, solid enough to build the next version on.

UI/UX Design Services

Design capacity for products that already exist. Flows, screens, states and design systems, including the unglamorous screens that decide whether anyone stays past week one.

SaaS Website Design

A SaaS site has one job: make a stranger understand the product in eight seconds and book a call in thirty. Built in Webflow or Framer so your team can edit it.

Design services that scale

From a first audit to a product that grows

01

UX audit

A review of the screens costing you the most: where sign-ups stall, where support tickets start, and what to fix first. Often the right first step before a redesign.

02

User research

Interviews and usability tests with the people who use the product, booked in UK hours, so decisions rest on evidence rather than the loudest opinion in the room.

03

UI/UX strategy

Which problems to solve first, which screens they touch and what success looks like, agreed in writing before design starts.

04

Wireframes and prototypes

Clickable flows you can put in front of users and investors in days, so the expensive decisions are tested before they are built.

05

Scaling support

A design system, documented components and a team that stays on after launch, so every new feature looks like it belongs.

Building for Munich

What a product for Bavarian users has to get right.

Bavaria's supervisor for private companies, the BayLDA, says privacy information can come in steps: who is responsible and why the data is used first, the full text a link away. Too much at once tires people out, so each notice is short where the data is collected and complete behind a link.

The BayLDA's cyber security checklist, dated November 2025, tells companies to protect every cloud account with a second sign-in factor, and says it must be easy to use so that people accept it. A product they buy should offer it, with set-up, sign-in and recovery after a lost device drawn as short, clear steps.

The BFSG covers services offered to consumers, such as online shops and consumer banking. The provider has to say, in its terms or another clearly noticeable place, how the service meets the requirements, and keep meeting them. That information is designed with the product, to WCAG 2.2 AA from the first screen.

Bavaria's disability equality law asks public bodies to make their websites, apps and interfaces usable for people with disabilities, and to give information in particularly easy language where proportionate. Software for a public body uses plain language and meets WCAG 2.2 AA.

What we design

Products we design for Munich teams

Industries

Sectors Munich builds in

  • 01

    Insurance and insurtech

A policy is a promise, so the screen says what is covered before a claim, not after.

    • Onboarding and identity checks that keep people moving
    • Disclosures that are clear, not buried
    • Balances and risk made readable
  • 02

    Automotive and mobility

Drivers, fleet managers and passengers use one service, each in a different hurry.

    • One-handed flows for people on the move
    • Live status that never leaves them guessing
    • Payments that take a tap
  • 03

    Aerospace and deeptech

A control screen shows what is normal, what changed and what needs a person now.

    • Interfaces that hold up on the factory floor
    • Alarms and states nobody can miss
    • Data from many machines in one view
  • 04

    Life sciences

In lab and clinical software every field, unit and warning has to be unmistakable.

    • Flows tested with real users, not assumed
    • Accessible type, contrast and controls
    • Sensitive data handled with care in the design
  • 05

    AI and quantum software

Software from a research lab needs a first screen that teaches it without a manual.

    • Prompt, result and edit in one clear flow
    • States for waiting, failing and being unsure
    • Controls that keep the person in charge
  • 06

    Games and creative software

Players and creators leave without a word unless the first session gives them a reason to return.

    • A first session that shows the value
    • Habits built on small, clear wins
    • Notifications people keep switched on

Why Usarion

Why Munich teams choose us

  1. Munich changes its clocks, Dhaka does not

Dhaka stays on UTC+6 all year. Munich moves its clocks on the last Sundays of March and October, so the gap is 5 hours in winter and 4 in summer.

  2. Notes that arrive by afternoon

Munich's 9 am is 2 pm in Dhaka in winter and 1 pm in summer, so morning notes reach the team that afternoon.

  3. Inside your tools

Your Slack, your Figma, your repository. We join the way your team already works.

  4. One team, start to finish

The people on your first call are the people who design and build it. Nothing is handed on.

  5. Design and code together

We design the screens and ship the code behind them, so nothing is lost between the two.

  6. Proven across 200+ projects

Brand, product and web work shipped across SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare and ecommerce.

How we work

Four steps, from brief to hand-off

  1. Step 01

    Discover

    Understand before drawing.

    • We read your deck, analytics and support tickets
    • One working session on what a good outcome looks like
    • Two to three days, not two to three weeks
  2. Step 02

    Plan

    Agree the scope in writing.

    • Screens listed and sequence set
    • Price fixed before work starts
    • A plan you can hold us to
  3. Step 03

    Design

Design where you can see it.

    • Work lands in Figma as it happens
    • You comment, we iterate the same week
    • Nothing unveiled at the end
  4. Step 04

    Hand off

    Built to be picked up.

    • Named layers and real components
    • Documented tokens and a walkthrough
    • Development by the same team, if you want it

FAQs

Questions from Munich teams

Yes. Dhaka is 5 hours ahead of Munich in winter and 4 in summer, and it never changes its clocks.

Yes. The BayLDA's page on AI and data protection lists wrong outputs, bias, weak explainability and too little human control as risks to weigh. Screens label AI output, show how sure it is and keep a person in charge of the result. Your legal adviser signs off the wording.

The law names consumer services such as online shops and consumer banking, and exempts microenterprises that offer services. Your legal adviser confirms whether and how the law applies to you.

Yes: plain language, forms that say what is wrong as the person types, and WCAG 2.2 AA throughout.

Yes. Cover, claim status and next steps come first, in plain words. Your legal adviser signs off the wording.

Yes: live status for people on the move, and control screens where no alarm is buried among routine messages.

With a 30-minute call, then a written scope and a fixed price. Once the scope is signed, work starts within days, not weeks.

Each project is quoted once, from a written scope, and the price does not move unless the scope does.

Yes. We keep what works, audit what does not, and move the product forward in stages so your users are never left behind.

Yes. Front end and integrations, by the team that designed it. If you have developers we hand over instead, with a system they can build from.

Yes, and it is often the cheapest way to start. A short audit tells you which three screens are costing you the most, and whether you need a redesign or just a fix.
