What we do for Doha teams
Everything between an idea and a product people trust. Designed, built, launched and branded.

The first working version of your product: scoped, designed, built and launched in six to ten weeks. Small enough to ship fast, solid enough to build the next version on.

Design capacity for products that already exist. Flows, screens, states and design systems, including the unglamorous screens that decide whether anyone stays past week one.

iOS and Android apps designed from first flows through to store launch, with eight shipped mobile products behind the page.

Identity, guidelines and the pitch deck that raises the round. Built so a seed-stage company reads as one that will still be here in three years.

A SaaS site has one job: make a stranger understand the product in eight seconds and book a call in thirty. Built in Webflow or Framer so your team can edit it.
Not sure which of these you need? Most founders start with one and discover they wanted two.

01

A review of the screens costing you the most: where sign-ups stall, where support tickets start, and what to fix first. Often the right first step before a redesign.
02

Interviews and usability tests with the people who use the product, booked in UK hours, so decisions rest on evidence rather than the loudest opinion in the room.
03

Which problems to solve first, which screens they touch and what success looks like, agreed in writing before design starts.
04

Clickable flows you can put in front of users and investors in days, so the expensive decisions are tested before they are built.
05

A design system, documented components and a team that stays on after launch, so every new feature looks like it belongs.
Building for Doha
Law No. 7 of 2019 requires ministries and public bodies to use Arabic in their programmes and publications, and Qatar National Vision 2030 names efficient public services as part of the economy it wants. Public sector screens start in Arabic, with the English designed alongside.
Qatar's personal data law, Law No. 13 of 2016, asks for explicit consent before direct marketing, and a parent's consent where children's data is processed. The National Cyber Security Agency supervises it, and those consent steps are designed into the flow.
Education City is home to Hamad Bin Khalifa University, seven international universities, start-up incubators and technology parks. Products for learning and research have to work for students, staff and new founders alike.
Qatar hosts major sporting events, Formula One among them. Ticket, booking and travel products are designed for the day everyone arrives at once.
What we design
Industries
Services for citizens and residents have to read clearly in Arabic first, then in English.
Fintech products licensed by the Qatar Central Bank have to earn trust on the first screen.
Platforms in a university city serve students, faculty and researchers, each with a different job.
Ticket and booking flows get their hardest test in the week of a big event.
Engineers need plant data, alarms and readings in one clear view.
Fans arrive on their phones in the same minute and expect the page to keep up.

What you get
Usarion
A typical agency
Team
Senior designers and developers on your project, start to finish.
A senior team at the pitch, a junior one on the work.
Local fit
Arabic first for public work, Qatari consent rules and fintech onboarding designed in from the first screen.
An English design, with the Arabic and the consent screens added before launch.
AI
AI speeds up the routine work. People make every decision.
Either no AI, or AI output passed on unchecked.
Ownership
Figma files, code and design system handed over, yours to keep.
Files and know-how that stay with the agency.
After launch
The same team stays on for new features and fixes.
A new team, or a new contract, for every change.
Why Usarion
Doha is three hours behind Dhaka, and neither city changes its clocks, so the gap is the same all year.
Our working day starts three hours before yours, so the morning's work is already under way when Doha signs in.
Your Slack, your Figma, your repository. We join the way your team already works.
The people on your first call are the people who design and build it. Nothing is handed on.
We design the screens and ship the code behind them, so nothing is lost between the two.
Brand, product and web work shipped across SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare and ecommerce.
How we work
Understand before drawing.
Agree the scope in writing.
Design where you can see it.
Built to be picked up.

Yes. With three hours between us and no clock changes on either side, our days share most of their hours. User experience, interface design and the build come from the same senior team.
Yes. Right-to-left screens are mirrored properly, not flipped: navigation, icons, numbers and charts each follow their own rules, designed alongside the English from the start.
Yes. Qatar's data law asks for a parent's or guardian's consent where children's data is processed, so that step is part of sign-up. Your legal adviser signs off the wording.
Yes: a clear path for students, staff and admins, progress people can see, and accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA.
Yes: short paths from search to ticket, the full price shown early, and confirmations people can find again on the day.
Yes: dashboards and control screens where alarms, readings and many machines stay clear at a glance.
With a 30-minute call, then a written scope and a fixed price. Once the scope is signed, work starts within days, not weeks.
Each project is quoted once, from a written scope, and the price does not move unless the scope does.
Yes. We keep what works, audit what does not, and move the product forward in stages so your users are never left behind.
Yes. Front end and integrations, by the team that designed it. If you have developers we hand over instead, with a system they can build from.
Yes, and it is often the cheapest way to start. A short audit tells you which three screens are costing you the most, and whether you need a redesign or just a fix.
