Design services that scale

From a first audit to a product that grows

01

UX audit

A review of the screens costing you the most: where sign-ups stall, where support tickets start, and what to fix first. Often the right first step before a redesign.

02

User research

Interviews and usability tests with the people who use the product, booked in UK hours, so decisions rest on evidence rather than the loudest opinion in the room.

03

UI/UX strategy

Which problems to solve first, which screens they touch and what success looks like, agreed in writing before design starts.

04

Wireframes and prototypes

Clickable flows you can put in front of users and investors in days, so the expensive decisions are tested before they are built.

05

Scaling support

A design system, documented components and a team that stays on after launch, so every new feature looks like it belongs.

Building for Jeddah

What a product built for Jeddah has to get right.

Jeddah has long been the gateway for pilgrims arriving by sea for Makkah, and Umrah is now planned online through the Nusuk platform. Travel and booking products here serve guests from abroad, so every step has to be plain enough to follow in a second language.

Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law asks online sellers to show who they are, how to reach them and the total price, with taxes and delivery fees, before the order. Product pages, checkout and invoices are designed with those in place, not added after a review.

SDAIA publishes the Personal Data Protection Law alongside guides on writing a privacy policy and on not collecting personal data a service does not need. Forms ask for the minimum, and the privacy notice sits where people make the choice.

Jeddah grew as a Red Sea port on the Indian Ocean trade routes, and trade still runs through it. Freight tools are open all day, so shipment status and long tables have to stay readable at a glance.

What we design

Products we design for Jeddah teams

Industries

Sectors Jeddah builds in

  • 01

    Umrah and travel

Pilgrims and visitors book from abroad, so every step has to be clear in a second language.

    • Search to booking in as few steps as possible
    • Prices shown in full, early
    • Confirmations people can find again
  • 02

    Port and logistics

Freight and shipping teams need every container's status without opening a second screen.

    • Status at a glance, across every shipment
    • Dense tables that stay readable
    • Keyboard-fast for people who use it all day
  • 03

    eCommerce

Online shops here have to show the full price, taxes and delivery included, before the order.

    • Product pages that answer questions early
    • Checkout with fewer steps
    • Layouts designed for the phone first
  • 04

    Retail

Shops with a showroom need a site that answers what the counter staff would.

    • A site that matches the shopfront
    • Stock, sizes and delivery shown early
    • Checkout with fewer steps
  • 05

    Delivery and on-demand

Delivery apps serve riders and customers who both want to know where the order is.

    • Live tracking for riders and customers
    • Big, clear controls for use on the road
    • Cash, wallet and card at checkout
  • 06

    Consumer apps

A consumer app gets one first session to show why it deserves a place on the phone.

    • A first session that shows the value
    • Habits built on small, clear wins
    • Notifications people keep switched on

Side by side

How we compare with a typical agency

Team

Usarion

Senior designers and developers on your project, start to finish.

A typical agency

A senior team at the pitch, a junior one on the work.

Local fit

Usarion

Arabic and English, E-Commerce Law checkout details and booking flows for visitors designed in from the first screen.

A typical agency

A booking template made for one market, translated at the end.

AI

Usarion

AI speeds up the routine work. People make every decision.

A typical agency

Either no AI, or AI output passed on unchecked.

Ownership

Usarion

Figma files, code and design system handed over, yours to keep.

A typical agency

Files and know-how that stay with the agency.

After launch

Usarion

The same team stays on for new features and fixes.

A typical agency

A new team, or a new contract, for every change.

Why Usarion

Why Jeddah teams choose us

  1. Three hours, every season

Dhaka is three hours ahead of Jeddah all year, since neither city changes its clocks, so the gap never moves.

  2. A shared afternoon

Jeddah's 9 am is noon in Dhaka, so feedback you send in your morning is worked on that same afternoon.

  3. Inside your tools

Your Slack, your Figma, your repository. We join the way your team already works.

  4. One team, start to finish

The people on your first call are the people who design and build it. Nothing is handed on.

  5. Design and code together

We design the screens and ship the code behind them, so nothing is lost between the two.

  6. Proven across 200+ projects

Brand, product and web work shipped across SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare and ecommerce.

How we work

Four steps, from brief to hand-off

  1. Step 01

    Discover

    Understand before drawing.

    • We read your deck, analytics and support tickets
    • One working session on what a good outcome looks like
    • Two to three days, not two to three weeks
  2. Step 02

    Plan

    Agree the scope in writing.

    • Screens listed and sequence set
    • Price fixed before work starts
    • A plan you can hold us to
  3. Step 03

    Design

Design where you can see it.

    • Work lands in Figma as it happens
    • You comment, we iterate the same week
    • Nothing unveiled at the end
  4. Step 04

    Hand off

    Built to be picked up.

    • Named layers and real components
    • Documented tokens and a walkthrough
    • Development by the same team, if you want it

FAQs

Questions from Jeddah teams

Yes: search to booking in as few steps as possible, the full price shown early, and confirmations people can find again on the day.

Yes. Right-to-left screens are mirrored properly, not flipped: navigation, icons, numbers and charts each follow their own rules, designed alongside the English from the start.

Yes. Seller details, the full price with taxes and delivery, and the invoice are part of the checkout design. Your legal adviser confirms what your shop has to show.

Forms ask only for what the service needs, and consent and data requests are designed into the flow. Your legal adviser signs off the wording.

Yes: shipment status at a glance, long tables that stay readable, and flows for people who use the tool all day.

Yes: live tracking for the customer, and large, simple controls for the rider.

With a 30-minute call, then a written scope and a fixed price. Once the scope is signed, work starts within days, not weeks.

Each project is quoted once, from a written scope, and the price does not move unless the scope does.

Yes. We keep what works, audit what does not, and move the product forward in stages so your users are never left behind.

Yes. Front end and integrations, by the team that designed it. If you have developers we hand over instead, with a system they can build from.

Yes, and it is often the cheapest way to start. A short audit tells you which three screens are costing you the most, and whether you need a redesign or just a fix.
