A typical agency

A global template, with Arabic and the privacy text added at the end.

AI

Usarion

AI speeds up the routine work. People make every decision.

A typical agency

Either no AI, or AI output passed on unchecked.

Ownership

Usarion

Figma files, code and design system handed over, yours to keep.

What we do for Kuwait City teams

Seven services, one senior team

Everything between an idea and a product people trust. Designed, built, launched and branded.

MVP Development

The first working version of your product: scoped, designed, built and launched in six to ten weeks. Small enough to ship fast, solid enough to build the next version on.

SaaS Website Design

A SaaS site has one job: make a stranger understand the product in eight seconds and book a call in thirty. Built in Webflow or Framer so your team can edit it.

Design services that scale

From a first audit to a product that grows

01

UX audit

A review of the screens costing you the most: where sign-ups stall, where support tickets start, and what to fix first. Often the right first step before a redesign.

02

User research

Interviews and usability tests with the people who use the product, booked in UK hours, so decisions rest on evidence rather than the loudest opinion in the room.

03

UI/UX strategy

Which problems to solve first, which screens they touch and what success looks like, agreed in writing before design starts.

04

Wireframes and prototypes

Clickable flows you can put in front of users and investors in days, so the expensive decisions are tested before they are built.

05

Scaling support

A design system, documented components and a team that stays on after launch, so every new feature looks like it belongs.

Building for Kuwait City

What a product for Kuwait has to get right.

Kuwait Mobile ID, from PACI, is a digital ID derived from the civil ID. Residents enrol with a civil number, a selfie and a one-time password by SMS, and banks, ministries and the Sahel app are among its service providers. Sign-in steps in a new product are designed to feel like that routine.

CITRA's guidelines for website owners ask for a clear privacy policy that says what is collected, and why and how it is used. CITRA issued a new Data Privacy Protection Regulation in February 2024. The policy sits beside the form it explains, in plain words, and your legal adviser signs off the text.

The Central Bank of Kuwait published a draft Open Banking framework in June 2025, with services to launch in phases after enough testing. Its Wolooj Innovation Hub tests products ready for banking, and its regulatory sandbox runs up to a year. Products here are designed to meet real users early and change quickly.

Kuwait Petroleum Corporation's subsidiaries cover exploration and production, processing, petrochemicals and tankers, so its tools serve very different jobs. Each role gets its own view: field engineer, plant planner and shipping coordinator.

What we design

Products we design for Kuwait City teams

Industries

Sectors Kuwait City builds in

  • 01

    Government e-services

Residents do government business in one unified app, Sahel, so a new service has to be as quick to follow.

    • Plain language for every reader
    • Accessible on any device
    • Forms that check as you go, not at the end
  • 02

    Banks and fintech

Bank and payment products often meet real users in a test stage, so version one has to be clear enough to learn from.

    • Onboarding and identity checks that keep people moving
    • Disclosures that are clear, not buried
    • Balances and risk made readable
  • 03

    Oil, gas and petrochemicals

Wells, plants and tankers each report differently, so a shift lead needs one screen showing what has changed.

    • Interfaces that hold up on the factory floor
    • Alarms and states nobody can miss
    • Data from many machines in one view
  • 04

    Healthcare

Kuwait Vision 2035 lists high quality healthcare among its seven pillars, so patient apps and clinic tools face a high bar.

    • Flows tested with real users, not assumed
    • Accessible type, contrast and controls
    • Sensitive data handled with care in the design
  • 05

    Investor and business services

Kuwait's investment authority aims for an investor-focused ecosystem, so setup steps and their status must be plain to a newcomer.

    • Onboarding that reaches value fast
    • Dense screens that stay readable
    • A design system the product can grow on
  • 06

    Retail and delivery

Retail is a consumer sector Kuwait's investment authority names as driving demand for web services, so shop and delivery checkouts must stay short.

    • A site that matches the shopfront
    • Stock, sizes and delivery shown early
    • Checkout with fewer steps

Why Usarion

Why Kuwait City teams choose us

  1. The same gap all year

Neither Kuwait nor Bangladesh moves its clocks, so 10 am in Kuwait City is always 1 pm in Dhaka.

  2. A short gap for a message

A note sent from Kuwait City at 2 pm reaches Dhaka at 5 pm, so no question waits a night to be seen.

  3. Inside your tools

Your Slack, your Figma, your repository. We join the way your team already works.

  4. One team, start to finish

The people on your first call are the people who design and build it. Nothing is handed on.

  5. Design and code together

We design the screens and ship the code behind them, so nothing is lost between the two.

  6. Proven across 200+ projects

Brand, product and web work shipped across SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare and ecommerce.

How we work

Four steps, from brief to hand-off

  1. Step 01

    Discover

    Understand before drawing.

    • We read your deck, analytics and support tickets
    • One working session on what a good outcome looks like
    • Two to three days, not two to three weeks
  2. Step 02

    Plan

    Agree the scope in writing.

    • Screens listed and sequence set
    • Price fixed before work starts
    • A plan you can hold us to
  3. Step 03

    Design

Design where you can see it.

    • Work lands in Figma as it happens
    • You comment, we iterate the same week
    • Nothing unveiled at the end
  4. Step 04

    Hand off

    Built to be picked up.

    • Named layers and real components
    • Documented tokens and a walkthrough
    • Development by the same team, if you want it

FAQs

Questions from Kuwait City teams

Yes. Dhaka is three hours ahead of Kuwait City all year, and neither side changes its clocks. The user experience, the interface and the build all come from one senior team.

Yes. Right-to-left screens are mirrored properly, not flipped: navigation, icons, numbers and charts each follow their own rules, designed alongside the English from the start.

In plain Arabic and English that say what is collected, and why and how it is used, placed beside the form. Your legal adviser signs off the wording and confirms which CITRA rules apply to you.

Yes. The sandbox lasts up to one year, so the first version is built to be tested and changed fast. Your compliance team owns the application.

Yes. We design the steps people know from the app: a civil number, a selfie, a one-time password. Your legal adviser and the authority confirm what the connection needs.

Yes: one view per role, so field, plant and shipping teams see their own alarms and readings first.

With a 30-minute call, then a written scope and a fixed price. Once the scope is signed, work starts within days, not weeks.

Each project is quoted once, from a written scope, and the price does not move unless the scope does.

Yes. We keep what works, audit what does not, and move the product forward in stages so your users are never left behind.

Yes. Front end and integrations, by the team that designed it. If you have developers we hand over instead, with a system they can build from.

Yes, and it is often the cheapest way to start. A short audit tells you which three screens are costing you the most, and whether you need a redesign or just a fix.
